Food log, week #3: I ate ate pretty healthy this week with the right amount of veggies and grain but I could eat more protein and dairy. The major problem,though, is that I ate too much sodium and too many calories. I will fix this by eating less calories and watching my sodium. I will do this by looking at the sodium and calories in each food I eat and will also check it on my food log before I add it. I conclusion, I will check my calorie intake before I eat unhealthy foods.
