Wowza! It's been a long time since I wrote in this blog! So much has happened since the last time a wrote. One of the most exciting things that happened was that I finished writing my first beading book. It took up a good chunk of my life- about a year. I'm excited to report that it is in the editing phase and is scheduled to be released this fall. Sharing your jewellery making skills: Teaching
I teach jewellery making at my local bead shop in Manchester in the UK, on a weekly basis. I run a lot of beginners classes - simple stringing with crimps and beading wire - along with intermediate and advanced classes in wirework, stringing, knotting, macrame, bead weaving, even a little metal work.....I've been teaching there since 2007 when I saw 'beading teacher required' advertised behind the counter one day.
