If you have a picky family to feed on a budget, you've got to try the Costco canned chicken! It's makes delicious last minute meals. You can throw it in a casserole, enchiladas, sandwiches, soups, quesadillas, etc. It's a nice pantry staple to have on hand for when you didn't plan dinner or don't want to make a stop at the grocery store. And it's actually really delicious! I've never been a fan of canned meat until now. It has a long shelf life so it's great for prepping, too.
