Canal Scene: Gilwern
Part of the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal at the village of Gilwern in Monmouthshire, Wales. The canal was built to transport coal and coke to the Clydach ironworks. The yellow pub in the background is called the Bridgend Inn.

This lovely canal on the eastern edge of Bath is not even on many of the city maps, so it is not generally visited by tourists. They are missing a beautiful waterway that is only a short walk from the town center.
