2G Full Body Partner Workout (at home) 👯♀️ // 1️⃣ NORDIC CURLS - This is a heavy one but try to do 5-8 reps per person. 3 sets each. 2️⃣ BENCH AND PUSH - also a tough one! 4 sets of 6-8 reps each. Switch position after every set. 3️⃣ PARTNER ROWS - 3 sets of 10-12 reps each. Bend your legs a bit if you’re struggling with the last reps! 4️⃣ PLANK TWISTS AND BURPEE - 3 sets of as many seconds you can possibly go for! Give it you best!
