Rice 101: Use up your leftover rice! Toss it with vegetables and stir-fry it in a wok for a quick dinner, or bake it into a yummy casserole. If it’s chilly, rice is a great base for stews and soups — or it can be frozen for meal prepping. (Now that’s an idea!) You could also top it with your favorite add-ons and call it a burrito bowl.
