I have quite of few students who suffer from emotional and behavior disorders in my classroom this year.  I found this website and I think some of the ideas to help with negative thoughts, anger, frustration, and more would be worth a try!  According to cognitive-behavioral therapy concepts, individuals can learn to identify thoughts influencing their negative emotions and then alter them.
