Treat you and your kiddos to a good night's sleep using essential oils- Lavender, Chamomile, Vetiver, Bergamot, Thyme, Sandalwood, Sage, and Cilantro are all great oils to help promote deep and peaceful sleep. Whether you feel like you've dirtied it or not, your yoga mat should be cleaned after each use. And if you're borrowing from a gym or class room, you should clean it BEFORE you use it too! This helps stop the spread of germs and prevents fungal transfers like athlete's foot or warts. Luckily, this yoga mat cleaner is super easy to make! Simply combine all ingredients in a small spray bottle, and shake. Spray onto your mat and wipe with a terry cloth, and viola- a cleaned and refreshed mat!
