My husband is American, and I am pretty sure my children will learn English wherever we will live, but not Tagalog. Here's my first step. I cut these cards up, laminated them, and compiled them like a book. It's a cheap way to teach kids to expand their vocabulary, even if mine isn't talking yet. :)
