10 Signs That You Went to Catholic Grade School
Nathan was a firm believer that girls should get an education too. This was not a very common thought at the time, especially for a male to have. He would invite the girls to come early in the morning before the boys had class. This was a revolutionary thing to do at the time, but because Nathan viewed everyone as equals, he wanted the girls to be able to learn too.
