Resistance Bands vs Weights
Resistance band workouts are low-impact which for me is the safer way to workout, they can increase your strength and build muscle too, and they're portable!! So no matter where you are, or if you don't have a lot of space to workout, you can use bands! A full workout from the Total Body Challenge!! 1. Gentle warm up with cat/cow and down dog 2. Banded donkey kick right side for 20 reps 3. Keep the band on and lay on your left side for banded side plank clam for 20 reps. 4. Repeat 2&3 on the other side 5. Plank pose with alternating knee taps 6. Flow and breathe for active recovery then repeat 1-2 more times 💪

Total Body Routine @ HOME! (NO WEIGHTS)
You CAN get a great body at home, without weights, on your YOGA MAT!!! Here I'm using a little resistance band, but you can do all of these exercises without one!! I did only 5 of each so I could show you them all. Do at least 3 sets of 15 repetitions of each move. I was alternating a round of this with cleaning the house!!!

Arms are one of those areas us ladies notoriously neglect - yet complain about!
