‘Enchantment’ salad tomatoes on the vine. Halfway between a paste and a salad tomato, with much better flavor than paste tomatoes, but not as much juice as a salad tomato, so you can make a quick, delicious sauce. Fantastic as oven-roasted tomatoes, simply split them lengthwise, place them on a baking sheet cut side up, drizzle generously with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and bake in a 275 degree oven for 2-3 hours. Add garlic and basil the last 15 minutes.
