Reina Money Tip: Create goals that light you up. ⚠️Don't create money goals because you feel you "have" to do them. Claro que paying off that one credit card that keeps you up at night is a great idea, but you want to word it in a way that excites you.
Choose a tool that you will USE. Why do I say this? Sometimes, for example, we choose a tool like spreadsheets for our budget when we are deathly afraid of spreadsheets. Consider what is easy for you to use and in turn you are more likely to be consistent. 🙃

We are always told we have to save but to be CONSISTENT in saving, you need to have a specific purpose. Don't just do it because the financial experts told you to do it. When you have a specific purpose, you are more driven and motivated to do it -- for example, emergency savings, sinking funds, travel, or your next car.
We don't need to save on ALL the areas at once! Focus on ONE at time. What is the one financial habit where you mindlessly spend money on? 🤔 Coffee, clothing at the mall, eating out with friends… Hone in on that item and do a no-spend challenge around THAT! You decide for how long. The important thing is you challenge yourself, AND you put that saved money to work!
Is your spending aligned with your current goals? 😱 Go through your receipts, bank statements, and credit card statements, and circle the ones that aren't aligned with your goals.
