Chicken Lettuce Wraps. 4 oz diced chicken breasts. Add veggies (1 cup): asparagus, green beans, white onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and garlic. Spray the wok with a little spray oil. Add the chicken first cook for 2 minutes. Add the veggie mix cook 3 min. Top with sauce: 1 tsp low sodium soy, 1 tsp siracha sauce, 1 tsp water, and 1/2 tsp splenda.
