Stir couscous in boiling water & return water 2 boil. Cvr & rem pot frm heat. Let sit 5 minutes, fluff w/ a fork. 2. When cooking, heat oil in sauté pan ovr med heat. Place garlic, grn onions & peppers, sauté for 2-3 min, add tomatoes, basil & couscous. 3. Stir in vinegar.
