Stability Ball Exercises
WHO is still in? We are in the HOME STRETCH!! Do you have access to a stability ball? If you DO then lets try THIS!! The GOAL is about 40 seconds of each exercise with a 20 minute break in between. Prop the ball up against a wall or sofa to make it less challenging. If you DON’T have a ball, You can do these same exercises without. Comment below and let me know how you do!
