Breakfast Coffee Protein Shake-This shake is made by combining 2 handfuls of ice, 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder (I used vanilla), half of a frozen banana, 1 cup of brewed coffee, 1 cup of milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk), and truvia if desired (I didn’t).
Berry Protein Shake. Made a shake similar to this one this evening. I did not have blueberries, so I just subbed in strawberries. I used unsweetened almond milk. Only half of a large banana. And just threw in about 1/2 cup of spinach...because why not? This is also a tasty recipe! Definitely want to give it a try with actual blueberries!
