My 8 year old made this for her friend's bday gift. No sew tutu and headband. 1.5 yards of stretchy headband ribbon with pink and purple tulle pieces (24 x 6 in. each cut from a 25 yard spool of each color) knotted along the bottom of the ribbon with 6 in. on each end to tie.
