Here is a sweet vintage lace collage embellished hang tag that I have created. I have used the most dear fabric vintage image and vintage tea dyed laces for the front of this tag. In honor of Spring (if you are having one, I'm still getting a bit of Winter here in Missouri) we have a butterfly Tag printable for you today. Mix and match the butterflies, add a punched piece, however it feels good to you. This printable includes extra paper pieces so you can make it your own.
