Er... there is no such thing. 100% chance means "win every time", foolproof, no possibility to fail... so what the heck do they mean? Perhaps that for every 1 person who succeeds without journal there are 3 who do it with... or something. Don't know, but have a journal.
Task List Tips: 1. Circles in front of items take less time to write than squares and serve the same purpose. 2. Space between items makes list more pleasant to look at and leaves room to squeeze in notes. 3. Highlight as things are done. The things that are left JUMP OUT at you. 4. Start each item with an action word. 5. Time specific tasks do not go on your master list. They go on your calendar or weekly task list. -KZB

The "To-Do List" that you do: 1. Make it specific. Use verbs. 2. Make it Fit: Plan your time conservatively, leaving room for the unexpected. - Limit yourself to 3-5 priority tasks each day. - Write-down task times after each task, rounded off to the nearest 15 minutes (up). - Estimate times of day when tasks can be accomplished. - Group similar tasks together - If you find yourself having extra time grab a new task off your Master List or your Someday List.
