Seasoned Air Fryer Tofu with garlic, onion, paprika, and soy sauce for a savory kick. Simple recipe: cube tofu, coat with seasonings, air fry at 400°F for 10 mins. Easy, delicious, and perfect for a quick meal or snack. If you have a smaller air fryer, you’re going to want to split this into two batches because you definitely don’t want your tofu to be crowded. Give them enough space. In my smaller air fryer, I need two batches.

They actually don’t take long to make at all – the sauce takes about 2 minutes to make, and the rice bowls take less than 10 minutes to make thanks to the use of Minute® Instant White Rice and a 2 minute broccoli blanching process. All in all, this meal deserves a spot on your weeknight and weekend rotation.

While regular Mexican street corn is made with mayo and cheese, this burrito bowl recipe gives you all of that street corn goodness, but veganised. As a bonus, it’s also much less messy to eat out of a bowl than off of a cob!
