Coffee protein smoothie
ATTENTION COFFEE LOVERS FITNESS BABES! I found an awesome way to incorporate protein into your iced coffee. Brew a K Cup of your choice (let it cool to room temp after) 1/4 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 tbsp of PB2 powder 1 scoop of your fav. whey protein. Shake it up in your blender bottle, add ice enjoy ! Makes approx. 16 oz. You can use any flavor of protein, unsweetened almond milk, and PB powder (they make coco too). You will need: 1-2 scoops of your favorite protein 1/2 cup almond milk 1/2 cup coffee (more or less depending on what consistency you like) What to do: Place ingredients into a blender bottle, shake, and enjoy. Optional To make this a yummy cold treat, add a few ice cubes and throw into a blender until smooth.
