We should really call these Pot Hole Brownies in the South African style because the marshmallows collapse on baking, leaving holes but imparting a lovey chewy texture to the brownies. Cinnamon Cheesecake with Chocolate Crust - Ina Paarman
Celebrate Spring with this delicious and very pretty cake. ¾ cup (180 ml) water for mixing. Make it a day or two before and add the fruit and flowers after turning out. We are using the ‘upside down’ method. In other words the cheesecake is poured into the tin, then the biscuit base is sprinkled over the top.
Black and White Chocolate Cupcakes - Ina Paarman
These little gems really are moreish! It is an economical way to cater for a crowd as one box of Chocolate Cake goes a long way. We found it best to buy 2 x 90 g white chocolate slabs, because the actual little blocks of chocolate are smaller and go further.
