From time to time I will throw in an iso lateral workout, in order for me to focus on training my weaker side. I like to do a workout like this in rep range so that I can take my time and really focus on the muscles in each leg. Here is an advanced workout that does just that!

I love this bent over variation with the booty pump band because it helps to engage your glutes more. You can perform this movement without a band, but I highly suggest a band as it helps to add more resistance to the glute. Try doing 10-12 on each leg on your next lower body workout!
