does the United States of America still defend the District of Columbia? I am living near the District and have found that it is under attack from MHz channeling, the United States Navy is across the Potomac in Maryland on a supposed Joint Military Base and is aware I am sure of the Field Communication violations of the District, when will they protect us from Mind Channeling? I have hope and am praying for protective electromagnetic and all other forms of communication violations to cease. FB
