CREAM DORY FISH FILLET IN GARLIC DIP

This cream dory fish fillet was marinated in fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper for about 2hrs. Remove fish and patted dry, dip into beaten egg, coat in cornstarch with a pinch of dry basil leaves then roll in bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown and set aside. In my recipe I only used jalapeno instead of bird’s eye chili to make it hot so my son can handle to eat my delicious binagoongan.
