Homemade Fat Free Vanilla Carmel Coffee Creamer: 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk that has been caramelized over 8 hours in crockpot on low, 24 oz Fat Free half half, 1 tsp pure vanilla extract. (2TBS = 1 Weight Watcher point). None of the additives or partially hydrogenated oils and preservatives found in store bought flavored creamers.
