Best sipping tequila
There are tequilas and then there are tequilas. As food and drink editor, I have learnt that with many a hangover, in many a bar. Last year I visited Jalisco in Mexico where the stuff is made and I learnt one important lesson – if you want a drink, rather than a paint stripper, make sure your tequila is 100 percent agave spirit, and not a 'mixto', which means part agave and part mixed with an unspecified ‘alcohol’.
