If you want to improve, you have to stop worrying about what others will say or think. You have to be willing to be at the beginner stages, to be embarrassingly figuring it out. When we flee in the direction of comfort, of raising no eyebrows, what we are fleeing is opportunity. Who might you be if you didn’t care about blushing? What could we accomplish if we were willing not only to fail but to do so in front of others?
