He did it!! My husband, Tolley Marney, began working on a chess set a few months into the CovId shutdown. He lit up his forge and pounded out the shapes in steel until he created each animal for the chess pieces just as he envisioned. Tolley is a lifelong cowboy, Ferrier and blacksmith. He has spent his life outdoors and steeped in nature. Every summer we visit national parks, and are inspired by the beautiful plants and animals and landscapes of North America.
