Surf and Turf Pasta
Surf and turf is a classic combination of animal proteins combined from both the sea and from the land. The “surf” component can contain something like lobster, prawns, shrimp, squid or scallops. And, the “turf” is usually a red meat from an animals grazing on grass – like cows. In this recipe, I used shrimp (surf) and beef bacon (turf). It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare (if you have leftover rice), and it’s totally delish!

Dandelion Pesto
