Who said meal prep was easy?   I learned the hard way that just jumping into meal prepping inorder to start saving money was no jog around the park. I’m not sugar coating a thing when I tell you that you need some boundaries. This is one of the main lessons I learned when meal prepping with the boys.   Letting go of “how it’s supposed to be” and learning to embrace what I can do and couldn’t was my ultimate win. You have to eventually do things your way and that’s exactly what I did when it comes to my gold rules of meal prep.  Trust me, you don't want to overlook any of these kitchen rules.
